Remember your age. Power is given when we are young. It is given to us thru youth and young age as we grow in our experiences of Life it is natural to know that life progresses. Hi Rhonda, I'm not sure I understand the point you are trying to make. Power is not unanimously given when we are young, and it is not taken away, necessarily when we age, either. For some power never comes, and for others, power comes immediately due to the karma one is born into. However, all discussions of power are fruitless compared to a life lived in spiritual service, which has the power to change our consciousness, clean the mirror of the heart, and put us in touch with the essential, eternal, and timelessness of who we really are. The most natural fact is that, regardless of one's age or material circumstances, we are each eternal spirit/souls, and yet to live with this awareness, for most people, requires a kind of counter-cultural, and yes, alternative, spiritual lifestyle...which you can begin embracing and continue to cultivate whether you are fifteen or fifty. There are highly enlightened young people and highly ignorant old people and vice versa. Life is not a stereotyped "natural" progression when we look at life as more than our biology. Of course, the various stages of material life can each make their own unique contributions to our spiritual path, and I find those stages fascinating, especially as an astrologer who charts the seasons of time in the material world, but it's only useful to examine the developmental stages of material life if they are understood in relation to the spirit/soul, whose forms and lifetimes in the material world are innumerable and whose trasncendental "form" is always complete and timeless.
Patience. Learn to live in silence. Listening to the universe God and try to understand all that you hear. We are so over come with information. We need silence to understand thru the filter of our thoughts to understand what is reality. Thank you for your thoughts.
