I made my first honey garlic dish except I used chicken instead last night. There are so many videos of this recipe on YT but yours I thought was well orchestrated and uncomplicated. Mine came out yummy thanks to your awesome tutoring. As an Asian I threw in our typical staple seasonings like ginger cilantro and a few others. I also in the end made caramelized Vidalia onions as a garnishing with lots of fresh green onions. Keep up the great job.
I am a 69 year old male who only has a couple of years or so of cooking experience since my wife took ill. I thank goodness there are so many great recipes online and this one is no exception. My wife said I made the best tasting pork strips ever when I used your recipe. Thank you so much.
Sorry to hear about your wife, sir. And so delighted to hear you chose to dig into cooking for her comfort and your own creative expression! Keep it up, brother. Just started a couple years ago myself and making this for my lovely lady tonight.

Claudia, your recipes are amazing. I provide food for some workmen on site and they're loving the food, thank you so much. Also your smiley and positive so pleasant to listen to xx
I'm a care worker and have passed the 2 recipes I've cooked from you on as they were fantastic will certainly try this and absolutely know I won't be disappointed
Hi there, I was looking for something different to do with my boneless pork chops! It seams the only way that they ever seem too come out moist is baking them in some kind of gravy. So I looked online and found your recipe and it looked good so I made them tonight following your recipe, I used apple cider vinegar. The sauce is absolutely delicious and I liked the pork chops but still were a little dry. So next time I will double the sauce and slice my pork chops and soak them in the sauce, definitely have them over while rice. I also had gr. beans. Thank you for this and I will definitely be checking out your channel now for more!
Nice easy peasy recipe for when you don’t feel like being in the kitchen all day. Can I make this using chicken breast or thighs ???? Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great recipe Claudia. Simmering honey garlic pork chops in a cast iron pan in the deep woods had my two Husky's barking at the moon. They didn't have much to say eating their share :)
