You can snag a 6.5 precision w/ the archangle stock on gunbroker brand new for 1650-1750. That's a pretty solid good for the money. Got mine for $1650 plus shipping. Granted after taxes and the $220 Sadlak scope mount it came to a shade over $2,000.
