I used to love doing Denise's workout back in the day when it was on Lifetime. Just completed this workout and really felt the burn. I'm going to be on this level for a while. LOL!
My problem is that my spine is slighty curved. It doesn't hurt at all, it's just that I am unhappy with it. I suppose it's called scoliosis in medical language ... anyways, if I do this workout on a regular basis, will my spine get straight? Or what else can I do to change my condition?
Sweet2Rani Hey how ya doin? I have scoliosis too. I guess it depends on the degree of your curve. Specific exercises can help reduce it, I guess, if done consistently. Search on youtube there are many videos. Its nothing to worry about esp if you are above 20. Your height growth has pretty much stabilized by that time so the risk of the degree increases is minimum to zero.

Just started to exercise at 55 love u. I’ve lost 90 lbs recently and having a vert had time toning my extra skin. Any suggestions.
What kind of workouts did you do to lose the weight? Maybe do some toning and sculpting workouts.

start with one but if your already getting air to your body (aerobically fit ) 2-3 times a day for 3 times a week cause you dont want burnout

Also try physiotherapy and regular massages.
