I wonder if you could have punched Joker sooner in Arkham Knight, since he sometimes spawns in place of a random rioter throughout the city. He would still be a hallucination obviously, and I have no idea if you have to pass a certain threshold in the story to even get the slim chance of Joker showing up like that. I know it's kinda rare though, so you might have spent just as much time waiting for him to appear than if you played the game normally but still it's a thought

I didn’t even think about this but it’d also be impossible because you need the REC to leave the Steel Mill and the Freeze Blast to beat Clayface, the beat down to beat freeze, the Disruptor to beat Penguin. There are a lot of aspects about this challenge that wouldn’t work.
