Very nice! when I made Sumerian beer, I couldn't find any barley malt, so I made it with wheat, gave a nice but maybe not so authentic taste. Does anybody know where one can purchase barley malts? Thanks.
Home brew supply stores online will have it (depending on your location) but its a fairly simple process to make your own. Its just time intensive and harder to get the exact same product with each batch. If you are new to brewing you can also use malt extracts. It skips making your own grain mash and having to go through the whole process.

Not sure where you live, but it shouldn't be that hard to find barley malt. You can always make your own also, if you have barley grains :)
