Muslin becomes more absorbant with every wash & dry. Yes it will shrink a bit but that prep is what increases the absorbancy. Definitely put the muslin burp cloths into the drier!

Love what you said about how naïve or unprepared you were with breastfeeding the first time around, I too researched everything about baby and focused on baby needs and products and was left completely clueless and overwhelmed with how hard breastfeeding was. Fast forward 7 years and I’m now pregnant with my second baby and I’m prioritizing postpartum care/needs. Hopefully it’ll make this experience much easier this time around!! Congrats on your baby!!🎉

I swear by the Silverettes. Wore them from day one until 3 weeks pp 24h a day and then for 2 more weeks throughout the night and never ever had any issues (and I'm a redhead with extremely sensitive skin!). I'm pretty sure they're one of the main reasons I had the most wonderful breastfeeding experience.
I’d recommend using a wall plug in pump when you can and the Mom Cozies just when you’re in a pinch! I only get about half my normal output with the mom cozies compared to the spectra.

Silverettes are amazing. Saved me when fabric rubbing against my nipples was painful. Also you can squeeze some milk into them and the breast milk helps to repair any cracks and also helps to keep them suctioned on. Honestly was the only thing that worked for me! Goodluck!

Swaddles are usually more lightweight + stretchy than “blankets” and are used to tightly wrap the baby up (to mimic the warmth/comfort of the womb!) whereas baby blankets would generally be thicker, warmer, used over things like car seats, maybe as a comfort item as they get older etc… at least that’s how I see them being different 😂 it really is so similar though that you don’t need to have multiples in each category IMO!

I want to get the same changing basket for my 2nd baby! Just a little worried if the insert would stain easily.. Did anyone that has it had any problems with staining?
Please be careful about what they tell you like about babies weight etc. My oldest they said was 8 or 9 pounds and she was only 7 pounds 7 ounces when she was born. They can only guess on babies weights, growth etc.
@@BethGraceMoore i personally think its more than that from experience plus form others I've heard. Just like with gender is usually a guess. I know 2 people personally who had the opposite of what they were told. Just please be careful is all I'm saying.

Two things: 1) It’s pronounced “muh-slin” not “moo-slin” 2) Dang it is so hard to find youtubers who have bought their babaybay. It’s an incredibly expensive bassinet once you add all the stuff you’ll need, so I often wonder if a youtuber would have really bought it for their baby if it hadn’t been sent free by the company. Every youtuber I’ve seen plugging this bassinet seems to have been gifted it by the company. Either way-nice video!
Unfortunately I highly disliked the bbhugme for nursing. Could not get baby in the right position without her sinking or rolling. It was way too soft. But pretty much everything else I agreed with!!!
I haven't seen someone beautiful glowing when you you have a cute baby bump what brand of diapers are you going to use Pampers or huggies or luvs wish you and your family happy

You may want to return the Halo swaddle for 3-6 months because it is not safe to swaddle your baby after 2 months. So 3-6 months is really useless 🤷♀️
You can swaddle up to 4 months or until the first signs of rolling 🥰 however we have big babies and ours only fit in the newborn size until 5 weeks old haha so he’s in the 3-6 now!!
