I wanted to prove that even though people can be overweight, with the right mindset and the drive to succeed anything is possible. The swim was my demon as I suffer from agrophobia but I overcame the fear and smashed the swim. My goal now is to drop more weight and complete a sub 6hr on my next time round. With a strong will to push on no matter what demons/injurys people face we can all succeed and achieve our goals.

Amazing I’m recovering from fai and I’m nom League step 4 and are had some pro clubs watching me before I was injured so it’s an amazing insight. Im also going for my master in biomechanics but it’s just a fascinating insight. I will be a pro no doubt about and seeing stuff like this only extends my knowledge further
