- Now that the mess is all cleared up, I can reassemble the hydraulic cylinder and get the tractor going again. This was a long adventure, but I learned a lot along the way and discovered many tips and tricks to help on my next rebuild.
I have a thing for older tractors and will probably use these skills a lot more in the future. I hope everything I went through helped you also.
Always check for part updates when ordering seal kits and parts for your tractor. So many revisions seem to occur along the way. I blame myself for the part mix-ups, and will be more diligent in the future when doing this kind of work. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Thanks for the video sir. I wish I found this video sooner. I had to replace the same exact seals, had to figure it out for myself. Had a very hard time trying to install that pin back into the gland. Thanks.
Thanks. Yeah, as you can see in all the videos I had a hard time too.
Excellant set of videos...I'll be doing the same thing on a Ford 555e backhoe and your videos will be a great help. Thanks.
Thank you! Glad it was helpful.
Yeah, I agree about the part confusion. You would think that the IT people of the world would have better databases to cross reference all the combinations in an easy way.... great video!
Thanks for making/posting. I have a NH skid steer with leaking seal. Have the kit ordered but they may have changed the gland on it as well.
Hope it will be easier than mine was. Once the parts were right, it was pretty simple. Good luck.
Some time it’s better to just take it to a hydraulic shop and have cylinder rebuilt 😊
Yeah, agree. I was expecting it to be much more straightforward than it was. I had done a few in the past with my dad and it was pretty simple. This part number mixup was frustrating.
Yeah, I know. I talk too much.
