I can’t wait for this airport to finish because as an expat living in Qatar 🇶🇦 I hate taking the bus 🚌 to the airplane ✈️ especially in summer 🌞 😂 I want to board from the gate bridge
there is no tax in Qatar and the airport & airline are state-owned so it's not likely. but yes the cost seems gigantic compared to many other airports, and I can't figure out why.
So that's what a few billion dollars can do for a local airport. I like the fact the fact they made everything from stainless steel and aluminum. That salty air will not corrode it. Its going to last 100 years! And all that natural light is awesome!

prob a $1-2b airport, and 8-9b in tax evasion
