  • Steamed Egg with Minced Pork
    Ingredients (Serves 3)
    4 eggs
    200g minced pork
    Seasoning for eggs and minced pork
    Oyster sauce
    Light soy sauce
    Sesame oil
    White pepper
    Spring onion (optional for minced meat only)
    Directions
    1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Beat them.
    2. Add 300ml of water. Mix well. Set aside.
    3. Season the minced pork and mix the until well combined but don’t overmix.
    5. Season the egg mixture.
    6. Oil the base of a metal plate with sesame oil.
    7. Place the minced meat in the plate followed by the eggs mixture.
    8. Spread out the meat.
    9. Steam on medium heat for 20 minutes.
    10. Ready to serve.
