My obgyn did not go in details like you. He said a part of my womb. Was dark then I used my common sense. And stop eating meat blend kale and broccoli and drink tumeric and ginger. Garlic. I eat tomatoes. Mushroom and fruits. I went back. And he told me my womb is pink and he don't see displaizer. So I am keeping it this way

I was Vegan/Vegetarian for 9 years and recently started eating wild salmon 2x a week and sometimes local farm eggs. Would you recommend plant based only for CIN 3/HPV?

I actually tossed my butternut squash in my smoothie this morning lol. Mine has Kale, banana, protein powder, blueberries, coconut milk and butternut squash. How do you feel about only organic fruits and veggies? Does that matter? I read online that our bodies absorb fruit and veggies that are organic better, because of the soil they are grown in. Also, what about the protein powder? Should I continue that? It’s not a vegan protein powder. I am trying to finish it before I buy one that is vegan.

This advice is strange! raw virgin olive oil is extraordinarily good for us. He then goes on to recommend balsamic vinegar (which is full of sugar) instead of apple cider vinegar. And pickled beets, which can be alright I suppose but also often have sugar. Finally quinoa????? which can be inflammatory for many people....

Question can men with HPV-16 follow your same advice?
Also it seems like most of the information on the internet on HPV-16 is directed towards women. Can you point me in the right direction for some information for men with HPV-16 especially any information on HPV-16 virus that has turned into HPV-16 head and neck cancer.
Have a fantastic day and weekend.
