But I understand what you're saying is that a quality multivitamin already has that balance in mind, and if there is some competition in absorption from taking at once, it is minimized .
The product Phyto Multi contains the synthetic form of Vitamin E, known as alpha-tocopherol. Studies have shown that alpha-tocopherol is carcinogenic. What is your opinion on this?

I had a genetic test done and I have mutation that doesnt absorb folic acid properly. I started taking metafolin as recently my tests revealed I have got CIN 1 already.

How do you feel about AHCC to help with HPV? Would it work for low and high HPV?
It doesn't help. My husband and I took AHCC for over 3 in a half years and here I am still with HPV. I am booked for the LEEP procedure next. But idk I feel that I need some reinforcement. This Phyto multivitamin sounds good but doest it really help?

@@litaguzman9714I believe that HPV takes away a lot of nutrients from our bodies and we will have to restore them. Multivitamins sounds good but I also think having a strict lean diet will also help.

Do you have anything to help with plantar warts?
Take apple cider vinegar, apply it and place a bandaid to cover it for a few days. Repeat. After a week or so it will be mushy and you can fully remove it.

I have diagnosed HPV positive but no abnormal cells, I am not at risk (as of now), But I will be mindful about what I eat. I am a vegetarian, I do don't eat eggs but I take dairy like cheese, yoghurt, milk paneer. When you say plant based diet, that means only plants NOT AT ALL dairy?

You need to find a good methylated multi vitamin! A lot of us (myself - I have the MTHFR and COMT methylation defect) aren’t able to break down the vitamin into a usable form. Pure Encapsulations is a great brand that is methylated.
Is AHCc safe to take while pregnant?
I was recently diagnosed with CIN 1 low grade squamous lesions after persistent HPV 18 earlier in the year, however after my Pap Test in August it came back with possible lesions only. Would you recommend just the one multivitamin in my case?. I have been struggling to get rid of this strain since 2019 whereas I also had the 16 strain that i got rid of from my body.

I am 26 years old. just got a call that my pap is abnormal (ASCUS) and HPV positive. Doctor say to come back in 6 months for another one. should I be having a colposcopy instead of waiting 6 months to go back? Should I change doctor I’m really scared. Start taking multivitamins with methyl folate and methyl cobalamin (b12)...or a methylated multivitamin. And mushrooms...i take turkey tail and reishi. I have hpv 18 and that's why I'm taking a combination of mushrooms. 3 grams each....turkey tail in the morning, reishi at night. I've read it helps in clearing hpv 18/16 . Check out Dr. Judith Smith's research on Ahcc and it clearing hpv. Ahcc did not work on me for clearing the hpv. I took it for 6 months along with other supplements. Read his book...there are supplements he puts on there that he suggests are good for you. There are great forums on Facebook to join for cervical dysplasia. Do your research.
Well, that's the problem with ASCUS--you don't know what is there, if anything. The chances are at your age, and if you've never had an abnormal pap before, there isn't anything other than maybe mild dysplasia; however, given the degree that this is stressing you out a colpo would at least provide clarity. I'd explain to the doc that you are freaking out, can't sleep and that you'd like a colpo--usually they'll agree at that point.

Not usually, but many things can throw off a cycle.

The form of B6 in the Phytomulti is NOT the methylated form of P5P. So, I can't take it. Is there another multi brand that takes all Bs into consideration for methylation? I.e., (6) P5P, (9) Folate and (12) methylcobalamin?

I noticed these multivitamins contain green tea. Is the amount sufficient or do you recommend also taking additional green tea such as Thorne’s 250 mg capsules? What daily dose of green tea do you recommend?
It depends on the person and treatment. If I'm doing escharotic treatment I am less likely to recommend additional green tea. Otherwise, 200-300 mg is sufficient for most.
My doctor started treating me like I was one of those weird health nuts when I listed my supplements….even told me I didn’t need to be taking them because I should be getting enough nutrients from food…he never asked about any absorption problem which I was told by the specialist absorption is a problem with hashimotos diagnosis….literally no nutrients from food …idk if it’s me or if it’s the food

I don't think it'll harm anything but I wouldn't expect it to eliminate dysplasia. Might help with clearing HPV-only infections. Probably good for dryness or irritation/inflammation because of the hyaluronic acid.

What’s a good gummy vitamin brand doc ?
Multis are good, but often will give you trace amounts of certain vitamins and minerals, which may indeed be mitigated by utilizing other nutrients along with a multi. For instance, I find that taking 300 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate evryday before bed, has a noticeable affect on my recovery from training. Now the amount of magnesium in my multi is simply not sufficient. And what makes some supplements more expensive than others, is far more than just having more stuff in it - that is an immensely simplistic explanation. For instance, NFH SAP - the SAP, stands for Scientic Advisory Panel - their products are third party tested and the amount of money and research that will go into these supplements, shows up in the price. Metagenics, Thorne, Genestra, etc... Are considered professional grade for this reason. Furthermore, the chelation dramatically increases absorption, which is often abscent from cheaper multivitamins, like a Centrum.

I was recently diagnosed with CIN 2 but no HPV, because I am only 25 my GYN does not want to do a LEEP, I have a repeat pap in six months and until then I want to do everything in my power to help my body heal. Are there any other supplements besides the multi vitamin that you would recommend?

I had exactly same issue( Cin2 but No HPV) I’m a mother with 2 children and never had an abnormal pap and negative HPV on previous Pap test. I was shocked about this recently pap result. Nope, not for guys. If your wife clears it she should have immunity and won't be re-infected. The only thing you can do is diet and supplements.

Just found out yesterday I have hpv...haven't slept cuz I'm terrified.. the doc said to come get the vaccine...three doses over a six month period.. my question is will this help me clear it? The vaccine will do absolutely nothing for your current infection; it's not a treatment vaccine. There are numerous things that affect your ability to eliminate HPV and I cover much of that in my book. Or we can do a remote consultation to discuss it. And it's not worth losing sleep over, pretty much everyone gets exposed to it--the issue is how best to deal with it now that you have it.
Would a prescription strength prenatal vitamin be a good enough multi vitamin to continue taking even after I have the baby to try to clear cin1 and hpv? I don't want to start taking anything that'll interfere with my pregnancy or breastfeeding but I have CIN1 and hpv positive and would love to try to clear it before I have my next papsmear
I found you today. I have the MTHFR mutation and I would like to take or increase the folate. However, when I took methy folate, I got panic attacks. What other ways can I increase this aside from food.
Beef liver supplement helps with MTHFR mutation + AHCC would be good
