Instead of melatonin, take htp or 5-htp it’s a precursor of serotonin then melatonin. It gives more benefits than by just taking melatonin like better mood and and of course a good night sleep

I eat fruits and veggies everyday, green smoothie with spinach and kale, buckwheat, quinoa, chicken breast, oat bran, ground flax seed, almond milk, soy spread, coconut butter, i only use olive oil in everything I cook and on veggie salad. I use monk fruit sweetener in my hot cocoa or coconut sugar. I use Himalayan salt in my food and I never used monosodium glutamate. I drink turmeric tea everyday and do pilates 2 to 4x a week.

On Google it says it spreads via skin to skin, does it mean we can transfer it to people living in our apartment 2. If we have symptoms of it, such as warts on private parts. Can we get vaccinated still? 3. Can we other family members use same toilet and washroom as we are living in same apartment.
1)Skin to skin means during sexual intercourse without clothes. 2) You can still get vaccine as long as you are not positive with the certain types of hpv which is included in the gardasil 9 and most importantly you are below 45 years old 3) you can only get infected by hpv through sexual intercourse, french kiss, and oral sex. Sharing bathroom and toilet won’t get you infected.

Yes you can spread it or get it from inanimate object like doorknobs, toilet seat, bedsheets and it can survive for days or weeks. But exposure doesn’t mean you can get it and it’s less likely. If you have strong immune system it will be more less likely. And practice hygiene. Don’t touch your genitalia then touching objects around your house. Wash your hands after using toilet. Wipe your toilet seats with disinfectant or spray Lysol. Again, acquiring it from inanimate objects is less likely it’s more on skin to skin contact.

Did I need to do a diet because it’s been four months I’m on a diet and I’m taking HCC daily and other supplements is that enough can I go back to eat whatever I want?
You should have strict diet and avoid eating red meat, you can take AHCC continuously for 6 months then you can take a break and do blood test after that coz taking it for a long time is harmful for the liver.

I eat fruits and veggies everyday, green smoothie with spinach and kale, buckwheat, quinoa, chicken breast, oat bran, ground flax seed, almond milk, soy spread, coconut butter, i only use olive oil in everything I cook and on veggie salad. I use monk fruit sweetener in my hot cocoa or coconut sugar. I use Himalayan salt in my food and I never used monosodium glutamate. I drink turmeric tea everyday and do pilates 2 to 4x a week.

1. On Google it says it spreads via skin to skin, does it mean we can transfer it to people living in our apartment
2. If we have symptoms of it, such as warts on private parts. Can we get vaccinated still?
3. Can we other family members use same toilet and washroom as we are living in same apartment.
1)Skin to skin means during sexual intercourse without clothes.
2) You can still get vaccine as long as you are not positive with the certain types of hpv which is included in the gardasil 9 and most importantly you are below 45 years old
3) you can only get infected by hpv through sexual intercourse, french kiss, and oral sex. Sharing bathroom and toilet won’t get you infected.

Yes you can spread it or get it from inanimate object like doorknobs, toilet seat, bedsheets and it can survive for days or weeks. But exposure doesn’t mean you can get it and it’s less likely. If you have strong immune system it will be more less likely. And practice hygiene. Don’t touch your genitalia then touching objects around your house. Wash your hands after using toilet. Wipe your toilet seats with disinfectant or spray Lysol. Again, acquiring it from inanimate objects is less likely it’s more on skin to skin contact.

Nope coz my gynecologist examined my cervix and it was normal then I had the pap test after a year which turned out to be negative so I don’t need to do the colposcopy.

Nope, I never had so I guess mine was just mild.
Warts are associated with the non high risks. Getting job but no warts is scared because it means you probably have high risk strand

Pap test is not accurate in detecting hpv. You should take pcr test and than see the results
I did that before for hiv test glad it was negative but my gyno didn’t recommend it to me on detecting hpv.
