7:26 Roulette Road is from Sonic! Specifically Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing! The stage assets originated in Sonic Heroes though. Still, it's awesome to see that track here, it's my favorite one from S&SASR.

Oh, the blue coin hunt is basically the Beenox crate hunt from CTR Nitro Fueled. It really makes me want Mario Kart to start including a wider variety of modes instead of just racing and battling, at the very least some kind of challenge mode like in DS and Wii.
So the Blue Coin Curse has reached here too…

Personally since i installed CTGP-7 one year ago, i never used the vanilla MK7 since (i still have my MK7 cartridge because you must have a copy of MK7 to play CTGP). 😄
