    How reps/sets should I do of these?

      Hi,
      Depends on your fitness level. If you haven’t done these before, then I would start with one set of each and gradually build up. LMK if you have any more questions. Also, on my website www.therussiansystem.com I have some fitness sessions of some pros, I think you will find it inspiring and maybe get an exercise or two out those as well
