You always cheer us all up and send us love, so here is some for you xxx I'm sorry if life is a little fraught at the moment - we live in difficult times. It is very sensible of you to make and be creative when possible: bread, cakes, knitting, crochet, running a lovely home all while working too, An elderly friend of mine once told me,"When life is chaotic put your mind into your hands and be creative". Hope the new job works out well and is fun rather than too demanding. Take care and thanks for the lovely video:)
We really do live in difficult times don’t we? Unfortunately the new job didn’t happen and nerves prevented me, thank goodness for some wonderful friends here and our crafting. Thank you for your lovely comments, sending lots of hugs 😘
@@BelleandStitch Sorry about the nerves and job but these things often work out being for the best even if not obvious in the short term! I feel that everything in our society and in the media works to make most of us feel anxious at the moment - I must say I cannot remember a time when I constantly felt so generally anxious. Thank goodness for the ability to craft and our friends:) Best of luck in finding a part time job that suits you. I suffered from a 'gippy' tummy for a great deal of my life and it was a viscious circle: the nerves made it bad but it being bad made me more nervous about leaving home or going out. You have my sympathies.

The hob looks lovely and the cake I could have just sat down with a cuppa and really enjoyed a slice only I would have to have been very naughty and I would of added a thick layer of buttercream 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 you know the no fat one that does nor effect the diet 😂😂😂😂😂. Perfect timing, it was raining outside. What's better to get comfy with a cup of tea and watch something nice and do some crafting. Lovely fabrics and really like the shawl . Signed up for a English paper piecing class in august, looking forward to trying something new. Take care!

I've been struggling with the anxiety for a few days,my health hasn't been good and my dear little bird has been a bit poorly but she seems a bit better today and she has eaten lots of her seed .

Your cake looked delicious, I love that recipe it always seems to turn out well. I am going to make the Mary Berry crunchy topped lemon cake tomorrow, another recipe that seems to be fool proof. You had some lovely purchases from your local fabric shop, I look forward to seeing what you make with your new fabrics. They certainly had a nice selection to choose from.
