incredible portrait, I can feel the life of the old man via each wrinkle. would have loved to see a full long tutorial from start to finish. Thanks for sharing your talent!
This is exactly what i was looking for. I wanted to paint like old masters but as i am beginner I don't want to jump straight to oil paint instead use acrylic paint
That's a great news. Congratulations Praveen 👍 Surely you should try acrylic. It's so versatile and you can do wonders with it. Thank you so much for your appreciation and support for my art 🙏😊 Have a great day 😊
I agree. Your videos are incredible and I feel like I can do it , may be not up to your level but even if I achieve 50%of your level , I would be happy 😊
You should use brush size according to you need. I am using a size 12 pony hair at last. Others are size 8, 3, 2 etc. Thank you so much for watching 😊🙏
Spectacular painting which draws me each time Debojyoti! It’s like I am introduced to the old man and all the emotions of his life that enveloped right before my eyes!!! Wow… I ordered the 2 brush sets and doubled them from India that were in your supply list in another painting. So far I can’t find the paints yet, but maybe I’ll be lucky up the road and find them as well. Being in the US makes it very difficult when Amazon won’t even send them to me from India! 🤷🏻♀️The brushes will take quite a bit of time to arrive to me. Where do I find out how to be in your group please? Have a super day…😊
Thank you so much for appreciating my work 🙏 😊 Even though the brushes are listed, you can use any brand you want. Make sure you choose a little stiffer brush for acrylics as it holds colors well. I prefer white bristle (hog hair) filbert and flats more than synthetic nylons. But for round brushes I mostly use nylons. Sometimes I use pony hair watercolor brushes for some special textures like hairs and beards. And for colors you can use brands like Liquitex, Golden, Winsor Newton etc. I am using Camlin because it is quite cost effective and readily available here in India. For medium, I use only water from a spray bottle. No retarder or extra medium are used in my painting process. You can ask any questions here in community itself. I'll love to answer ☺️All the best 👍

Question to the artist were do get photo from for your painting?
There are few sites from where you can get your reference images free. U can visit unsplash, pexels, pixabey etc.
