    Let's do it team! Today's workout is a full body HIIT circuit followed by a quick ab workout. We will be adding weights to some of the exercises for added resistance. Lots of powerful moves in this one today but remember to listen to your body and do what feels right for you!     Breakdown: Full Body HIIT x2 rounds each 40sec work + 20s rest
    Ab workout x 2 rounds 20sec work + 10sec rest
    Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.
    *Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

    Each day is perfection. Pieces together so perfectly. I’m so glad there were only two rounds of that today. Kept hoping there wasn’t a third coming🤣 Feeling stronger every day. I can already tell my metabolism is revved up these days.

    I am so glad to try this program again. A few years ago, I tried, and it was too hard. This time, after 8 months of working at increasing my fitness, I am loving it. I do modify to minimal jumping and am able to finish the sessions with a great sweat and sense of accomplishment. I already see a difference in my body. At 55, I am so excited to see how much I transform over the full 12 weeks! Combating menopause with fitness! This is a great program to incorporate into my lifestyle changes. Love it!

    week 1 did 3 workouts
    week 2 planning on completing 4 workout this week
    gaining strength n taking things slow..getting back on track after an episode of depression, hormone imbalance, still need to work on my sleep but i m getting there thanks for wonderful.workouts

    These sessions are awesome. I am already doing some moves that I could not perform correctly when I started this last week. Hard to believe I am only in the second week and seeing improvements in my strength. Amazing. And in only half hour sessions. I was doing more than that before I started this.     I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!!! I've been doing this 12-week workout plan (I'm on my second week) but I do it one day yes and one day not because I run the day in between. I went to visit my country for 2 months and I gained some weight, I believe 3 kilos (6 pounds) or maybe more and I already lost them! I'm still working out because I gained some weight before leaving like 2 kg more. In total, I gained 11 pounds and already have burned 6 pounds. I feel super strong, healthy, I'm also eating fewer carbohydrates and everything together has helped. But your workouts are the best, very professional and encouraging. Thank you for making this free plan. I'm very happy with it. I already feel the muscles on my back!

    This workout 4 of second week is my favourite because I did it easier than previous. I feel increase of my strength, flexibility and endurance. Thank you , Heather to your regular efforts. I love your TH-cam channel, your website.
    This morning I did all exercise at same pace like the trainer .It is progression.

    I love your workouts, I did a few months of low intensity and mostly weights based workouts leading up to starting the challenge and am thrilled that I am starting to manage to get through them without extra pauses in between. I'm looking forward to getting stronger and more physically fit as I work my way through, my current plan is to do week 4 and then start at week 1 again, but I'll see how I feel when I get there. Thank you so much Heather for supplying these wonderful workouts free of charge.

    I wasn't at all motivated to do anything today, but as soon as I put the video on I did it anyways. Surprisingly I felt alive during this workout, after first round I wanted to give up but the music and trying to stay with Heather kept me going. She even sneaked that jumping jack burpee in there 😑 I didnt stop once and I'm proud. Feeling the after workout high, thank-you Heather! 😁

      Thank you! The weight thing drives me crazy too but I learned that some of the pounds mainly have to do with water retention. So drink lots of water. Low complex carbs, lots of greens and protein and you will be good! Good luck! Look forward to hearing about your weight loss in 4 weeks. Its bound to happen

    My shirt is drenched and that ab circuit KILLED me but week 2 day 4 done!!!! This is my first workout program and the first time I am actively taking charge/care of my health and body (even tho I'm only 23) and I am so proud of myself and looking forward to getting stronger!

    I love this one! To make the ab circuit more difficult, I didn't rest at all in between moves, and I did it twice more instead of the cool-down. I was feeling the burn. Thank you!

    Hi Sarah, I love your workouts! I already can see a difference in my body! I need some help though. When doing the exercise in 21:03, I can do the crunch while sucking in my bellybutton. However, when I have to lower my legs again, my back instantly goes hollow again. This also happens to me with leg raises. Before I start, I tilt my pelvis so my back is flat on the floor and tuck in my belly button, to start of right, yet my back hollows again - no matter how much I try to tighten my core. What can I do? Thanks!

      Hey Abby! I'm not sure who Sarah is but I can answer your questions! lol ;) That's totally normal and happens to many people! Continue focusing on that pelvic tilt and engaged core but don't worry too much about dropping your legs all the way down. Go as low as you can and then as you feel that back arch bring the legs back up. Move slowly and really concentrate on your form. I like to place my hands or a cushion under my hips for a little added support. As your lower abs and hip flexors become stronger you will notice your legs start to drop a little further without the back arching! You can also try keeping the legs bent until your progress further! I hope this helps :D

    I love your workouts, Heather! I'm excited that there are moves I have never done before and
    "new to me" variations of traditional moves. As a busy mom of three, I need to workout at home. I have been searching for something that would be challenging enough and your workouts are IT! I recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you!

    Love your workouts!! Simple fun and so easy to manage half an hour everyday even though they are tough. I feel I seriously sweat it out and get something done everyday.. Thanks a mill :) Two weeks in right now and loving it

    Great workout today! Thanks for creating a workout I have kept to (though I'm doing about 2-3 workouts a week - which is more regularly thank I've been able to do in the past!)
