Really enjoyed this stretch, thank you! Would have like a lil bit more abs/front stretch, but was easy enough to do a few cobra variations after. You mentioned that on your program you had to pause as you were taking longer in this video to instruct- that is why I un-subbed from the app, I much prefer a guided spoken through routine as you do on here- when I am confident in the movements and know what to do, I can mute/play music over, and follow along. However, in the app I found it too clunky to have to pause and read the descriptions for movements/positions I may not have been familiar with. Just my 2c, really do enjoy and appreciate your work!

TY!! Just finished this cool down vid. Feeling great ❤ Quick question regarding exercises for dancers. My ballet teacher always told me to try n stay away from running regularly as a dancer. Was wondering does that apply to incline walking as well?? 🤔

I was told by Ballet teachers, my entire life not to run because it is bad for the knees and the legs when, in contrary, it’s a requirement for dancers to train their cardiovascular. It just has to be done in a very specific, and correct way. I personally, advise training dances on treadmills instead of outside to mitigate the risk of injury, and we are also working on an entire running for dancers program for the Train Like A Ballerina Academy, which will be launching very soon.
