  • Sometimes getting on your yoga mat can feel impossible, even though you know how good it could make you feel. If you're in that kind of mood today (maybe it's been weeks/months/years since you actually made it to your mat - you're not alone here) then I hope this short yoga practice will help to shift your energy and get you back in the zone.

    I always seem to find the exact practice I need at the moment when I look at your channel. Have been out of the habit for months, and this made me feel so much better and motivated to make yoga a part of my routine again.     This is brilliant Emily. With me it’s the time and fitting it in. Beautiful class to remind of us of not putting to much expectation on ourselves, don’t need to wear the “top” yoga gear or even get a mat out to enjoy it. None of this Instagram competing and trying to look great in a pose!! 🥱 🤔 True real yoga in your classes ❤
