I’ve driven this car there’s a lot of conversations fro crashed or impounded in Japan and they sell for cheap but now there value is up big time. Best car I’ve driven stock 1 bar (14.5psi) boost. Smokes all four in launch control which is stock on this version. Very fast best semi closed deck motor capable of 500hp with stock everything
This wrx is better then the new ones. Old is gold
The classics are good but not had the opportunity to drive a classic for a while unfortunately.

I absolutely love these cars and most people only give credit to the new era performance cars.
These feel way better than most of the newer cars and will still surprise a few.

ej207 - great set of crank and rods ! very smooth right up to - 8,200 rpm - subaru more smiles per miles ! mine is great machine - well sorted and correct aftermarket parts !
I have a jdm blobeye but this is gorgeous the risers on the spoiler the front two piece the bbs the badgeless boot just all comes together it's got the thumbs 👍 up from me.

the bugs still had the unequal length headers, it wasnt until the blob that they changed it as they changed the jdm cars to twinscroll turbos

Bugeye love bro, I own a 2002 wrx sedan, and A 2005 Saabaru wagon. Not as special as that car you are presenting but still special to each Subaru wrx STi driver. Thanks for the vid, well done. That ver7 ej207 has unequal headers and a vf30 single scroll turbo. I does the classic subie rumble.

I have the jdm sti. Great out the box but with an after market rear arb it's even better.

This is a STI Ltd and not a WRX. It shares the same engine internals as a S202 and Spec C. After having driven the other 2, this drives just as good 👌
Mate got a bug eye jdm sti mapped with the similar mods to that one . But running 370bhp on stock ej207 engine winner enjoy 😊
The bugs just feel very special to drive, very focused and with 370 bhp it'll be a blast 🔥🔥🔥
Didn't like them when they came out,purchased 1 4 years later WRX STI premium silver exhaust tune.Now building premium silver h6 manual not finished,but yeah going 2 b epic.
Same here, the bugeye wasn't the best looking but they sure have aged very well. They driving feel is better too and yours sounds 👌🔥

The spec c and limited come with 60 rear and 40 front alot less under steering

Hey, do you know engine diffrences limited vs normal sti?
The LTD has better cams, pistons etc and is the same as a S202. The standard STI produces somewhere in the region of 300bhp where as these has 316.
Having driven both, you can certainly tell the difference.

i just fix it myself - my turbo ej205 ran with out a fault - 6y and i spun two rod bearings @8,500 rpm with 269.867 klm ! just fitted ej207 RA JDM STI = goes great - fun .
