LosN209 I personally don’t care for user scores the experience of a game is subjective for the specific person playing it, as with all media it will be loved or hated especially for taking the risks they did to tell the story the way they did. I may have not agreed with some of the creative decisions towards the story but it still is undeniably one of the best games to release this generation love it or hate it that’s just a fact

Seeing her portray Ellie's mother in the season finale Sunday night was truly amazing. 💗 I'm so glad they incorporated her into the show and paid homage to the original game in that way.
I love that she said "not sexualized, or a damsel in distress, or the opposite." Because naughty dog didn't make Ellie, unrealistically perfect, or in distress all the time, but they didn't go out of their way to make her very masculine, or tough-girl. They just made her a human being, nothing political, or social justice about it. Hats off to naughty dog

In both The Last of Us, and in the Left Behind expansion, Ashley Johnson delivered one of the greatest performances in the history of the gaming industry. There is no way that this award wasn’t hers. She completely deserved it, and I can’t wait to play through and witness her performance in The Last of Us Part II alongside Troy Baker. It’ll be incredible.

I went into this video thinking "oh yeah I would love to see her speech, probably really nice and fun haha! It's just 5 minutes." AND NOW I'M CRYING!!! I love her so much and just as she said, this game also changed MY life. Ellie has made me so happy over the few years I got to experience with her and I really hope she inspires other game makers and writers to take her as an example of a well represented character especially for us women.
Ashley Johnson is definitely my favorite voice actress. Whether that be for TV animation or video games, she brings so much heart and passion to each of her roles. She’s wonderful.

Last of us really changed my life and made me happy for who i am even though i just dont fit in. I still play it today and cant wait for last of us part 2. My dad got me to play it and ever since we became more closer to each other.Its just really touching☺
