Hey, Jack. Really sorry about your and Olivia's illnesses and really glad for your return to health. It's also too bad you have to shorten your adventure, but it seems that all four of live an adventure each day. If there is a silver lining to today's report is has to be the cinematography overall which was spectacular. If you had made an hour-long relaxation video at the stream, I would watch it on indefinite loop all day. Safe journey home, my friend.

I sympathize with you guy. My baby daughter got sick with a fever while camping also when she was 8mo old and was hospitalized for a couple days. She is now an adult but something you never forget. Staying strong and able to change your plans is always the best way to get through it. Thanks for continuing to share your videos during a difficult time. ❤

A quick way to lower a higher temp in a kiddo is a alcohol bath. Basically getting rubbed down with rubbing alcohol. My parents had To do this for me as a kid, especially living out in the boonies with no close clinic or hospital. And if a fever is going to go up, it's always after 4pm. Craziest thing, but accurate.

As parents we clearly remerber our 8 years old's first high fever! Heartbreaking 😢!but luckily in some days they feel like nothing ever happens!

Sorry about the tire & lil Olivea. One thing to know is that babies get high fevers. My daughter who is 38 now always got a low grade fever when cutting teeth & a runny nose. If my daughter was around other young children …she had to get sick if the children came down with anything because that is how they build their immunity! I know having cared for 4 small children from birth up to 4 yrs before I became a mom! You Guy’s got this your great Parents!🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s

Oh wow what a horrible way to end your wonderful trip. Your tyre looked terrible so I bet that was really scary and Im so relieved you are all okay. So sorry you and Olivia got ill, its very scary when children get sick, especially babies having high temperatures. So pleased you are both on the mend. I had a 103 temperature and my muscles under my skin were rippling. No joke. It was as if I was freezing and I wasn’t, not in the MN summertime. I had to get dressed to get to hospital and I couldn’t button my shirt for my hands were shaking a lot. And I’m an adult. So baby was in peril!!!
It’s the worst feeling!

My wife and I have raised 2 sons, they’re 32 and 29 years old now. Looking back, when they were babies, they’d get a fever and we’d panic, only to go to the doctor and half the time the fever would be gone! That, or we were told to give children’s Tylenol, and the fever would be gone in a day or two.
So true! It just seems to come and go. Tylenol helped a ton 👍🏽👍🏽
