It looked like a challenge, but that is what makes it interesting. The scenery is beautiful. The comforts of the cabin are soothing. The storm exciting. Listening to the rain falling on the roof, feeling warm and safe in the cabin. Wildlife around you. Olivia is adorable and enjoying the outdoors with Mom and Dad. Great memories everlasting. What more could you ask for. ❤
They don’t seem to understand that bear can smell you from miles away. They are not careful and doesn’t appear they carry weapons. I have been followed by mountain lions before, it is not something to Pooh Pooh.
Great video Jack! Olivia is getting so big and she’s always been adorable! I’m so glad you were able to make it to the top of the summit. I’m surprised that the first route you tried to take wasn’t marked better. You can’t be the first person to try to get there from that starting point….I would think that somehow, someone would mark the way better than what is was when you realized you were going in a loop. Glad you were able to find a different starting point. The view from the summit was absolutely amazing! Sorry the thunder and lightning impacted your stay, but it was smart to go down a little….you never know….I hope you, Riley, and Olivia are having a great time on your adventures that we don’t see. Amazing memories being made, and that’s what is important. Prayers for continued safe travels and adventures.

This is the type of camping I would want. My own private little cabin Yes, hamburgers sounds great. Much better than carrots, lol. Being able to haul that little cabin wherever is an adventure.
Medicine Bow NF is such a cool place. Too bad the weather chased you down the road to lower elevations. At least you made it to the summit of the range. So awesome with the multiple Moose sightings. 🤩 You're brave for taking the plunge into the ice water lake. Riley and Olivia are great travel companions. 🙏 🏞 Now all you need is a bear sighting 🐻 from a distance of course. Buffalo also from a distance. 🦬

The rainy thunderstorms while camping were some of the best night sleeps I’ve ever gotten. Right along the snow storms and cold temperatures. Sleeping in the van rain hitting the roof of the van or the high winds and barely visible snowstorm covering everything around me. Good times.
OMG I seen this video three times. And every time I see it I see something new I love your cabin. If I had the money I would tell you please make me one. Just like that one it's very beautiful. We have Moose here in Maine, but always amazed everytime I see them. Tonight as I came home from town I saw 3 deer on the edge of the road. Wildlife is always amazing and majestic to see.💖🙋♀️🙀🧘♀️🌞🙏
2005, My Dad and Mom wanted to take me, the wife and son, Niece and grand nephew out west. I climbed all the peaks except for Devils Tower. Pop is gone now but this was great memories.
Wow, such a great video! Love how everything is so functional and cosy with the cabin! Rylie sure loves the dish wash spray gun! I know you humans felt the altitude, but does it affect things like your gas stove that high? Or do you need to be higher up? I think the fact you had neighbours shows you picked a great spot to stop, and don't blame you for finding somewhere more comfortable to weather the storm in! That last storm at the Tiny A frame was good practice! So fun to see Olivia trying the carrots-what a sweetheart! Happy Travels Steward family!

2005, My Dad and Mom wanted to take me, the wife and son, Niece and grand nephew out west. I climbed all the peaks except for Devils Tower. Pop is gone now but this was great memories.

Wow, such a great video! Love how everything is so functional and cosy with the cabin! Rylie sure loves the dish wash spray gun! I know you humans felt the altitude, but does it affect things like your gas stove that high? Or do you need to be higher up? I think the fact you had neighbours shows you picked a great spot to stop, and don't blame you for finding somewhere more comfortable to weather the storm in! That last storm at the Tiny A frame was good practice!
