So, trade with support in xp range (1500), ward pull camp, contest pull camp if you can't lane against carry, cut creep waves or stack and go jungle and give your support lane or if they don't take lane you just show up to defend it
Rare but also an option, if you're lower bracket i don't think its the best option, rotate. I rotate usually at 5 and 10min mark to push other lanes if my lane is bad

Solo offlaner is not ideal, lane with a suport is way better. He's showing a bad situation for the offlaner and how to deal with it. That pango with a suport can destroy that lane, he can trade with the jugg while his suport can deal with the dp.

You can. Even without level 15 talents takes around 2 waves of creeps tho so you need someone like support to defend the tower and get the exp. 3 stacks tho you probably need 1 tanky item. Source:1700+ sand king game.

Dota 2 is not very optimized game, so some people set graphics low intentionally, so there's less distracting eye candy and 60+ FPS in intense teamfights.

You dont. You need to have a escape mechanism. In the worse case you pull the lane between tier 1 and tier 2and farm it at your tower
