I knew it in advance... both smoking and not sharp. You have to turn the handlebar to the right, so you have max slack. You don't use pliers on that cable, you take the left sleve on by blowing compressed air between bar and grip, you lube the handlebar (or insidze the sleve) before you put the sleeve on, you have to check the sleve inner depth before you use glue, mostly, there is dirt build up from molding inside so that happend what happend... a gap between grip and switches, glue only inside the grip, so you can never build up glue when slide on.
So, i hope that this helps for other people.

I've bought two pairs of 1inch grips that fit my bike BUT. The grip DO NOT fit the throttle cable ends. the lead ball on the end is too big for the slots on the grips. WHAT DO I DOO. you can't specify the size that hole on any grips and eBay motors doesn't care about that. it only cares about the grip size.
