I agree so much with the point you made about keeping or chunking. *How* the outfit makes you feel is key! I went through my closet a few months ago and there were so many I got rid of for this reason alone. It really does make a difference. I also love (and agree) with the hair and make-up. I remember seeing a lady in a hot pink romper and it looked nice on her but then she turned around and her makeup was heavy as though she was in her early 20’s. To me it ruined the entire outfit because she was obviously well beyond that age. To clarify, if she was older and could still wear the outfit than great! But update the makeup.
Since COVID, there's hardly any place that will have a bra measuring expert to measure you. I went to a bra event at a department store about 6 weeks ago. She said they weren't there to do any measuring and haven't been allowed to since COVID. But, she slipped me into the dressing room and measured me. But, as someone that has had professional measurements done, I don't even know if she did it right and she really was just there to push the brand that hired her to put on the event.

@@robbie75713 there’s no such suggestions🤣 I am also an inverted triangle! So frustrating when making or buying clothes!!! I think I look best in anything with a full skirt or flowy bottoms and something snug on top. It balances those proportions. I’ve also stopped wearing anything that comes up too high on the neck (except turtle necks) or puffy sleeves which just add more volume to my top half. Good luck!
Last year I saw lots of polka dots. Especially in Europe. It would probably depend on how big or small and which colors. Didn’t see any polka dots in runway shows, but doesn’t mean you can’t wear them. Saw lots of navy and white or black and white but not any other colors.
