Comics are so weird sometimes when they try to be realistic but become very silly in the process. Barely anyone on the entire planet would be against the government executing them all. They'd be congratulated for doing so. In real life if any small group of individuals threaten the entire US, the government would take them out without a second thought. The morality or legality of it would be irrelevant.

Deathstroke has a very good point. The Justice league can't stay there and watching over them forever and instead of offering a permanent solution like a super prison on another dimension they want to just leave the evil justice league in a world with no super heroes besides a regular guy with money.
I mean... The last line of defense of the regular Earth is Batman. But deathstroke kinda loses the point because they don't need to put them on trial. They are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Putting them on trial is farcical cause no one on the planet wouldn't be a tainted juror. All there is, is either permanent containment (locked up a la Superman in Flashpoint except with a battalion of people in powered armor permanently stationed with the latest anti-metahuman tech) Or summary execution. Both of those options take like 1-2 months. You leave behind Batman and Superman to assist. Hell, even send material and technology to assist in the prison building or just stand by as they execute them one at a time. But the literal dumbest option is to just let them go the one time you've managed to beat them and have reupped on all the technology and materials they destroyed because they were weak to them.

You know, in the comic books, Ultraman is actually powered by green kryptonite. There’s actually a part where he crushes a chunk of kryptonite into a powder, and then snort it like cocaine.
Probably because Bizzaro was like the reverse of superman, so it was Blue instead of Green Kryptonite as his weakness, and Ultraman was basically a reverse of Superman, so the same logic was just applied there.
Also in comics canon only Kryptonite from that universe would be able to effect him, due to slight variations in how radioactive signatures work across universes. It is why Superboy Prime has no real weakness, Kryptonite never existed in his universe, so there is no Kryptonite in the multiverse that can effect him normally.

Ironicly president wilson mentioned the idea of killing the syndicate but supes informed him that they don't do that. I have a feeling the league of this universe probably did the same but when jester suicide bombed himself and the alternate martian manhunter and hawkgirl he was one of the few that (like wonder woman) woudn't be too objective against killing unless it was *absolutly* nessicary and before his death it was just him and luthor.
I'd think if there were anti-heroes like red hood or at least heroes that would be willing to kill like goku that were there at the meeting, wilson would want the league to leave and luthor gone and have the "killers" finish the job. Wonder how that would turn out.
In the comics The Justice League of Earth 3 were killers as a few of them were insane but still fought for justice.

Probably because Bizzaro was like the reverse of superman, so it was Blue instead of Green Kryptonite as his weakness, and Ultraman was basically a reverse of Superman, so the same logic was just applied there.
Also in comics canon only Kryptonite from that universe would be able to effect him, due to slight variations in how radioactive signatures work across universes. It is why Superboy Prime has no real weakness, Kryptonite never existed in his universe, so there is no Kryptonite in the multiverse that can effect him normally.
