The Craftsman flying V /butterfly selector switch ratchets were produced from 1959 through 1966 which means they were made by MDF because Easco acquired MDF in 1967. I’ve been been to flea markets and garage sales thinking that I’ve found a flying V ratchet only then to see the round handle, which tells you it’s not the actual Craftsman version but a copy of it. Keep up with the great ratchet tutorials they’re very informative, interesting and helpful. Thank you.
The only thing different is the Handle on the Japan Ratchet everything else is a carbon copy of parts between the 2 Ratchets .. Nice video comparing the 2 Ratchets .. Hey take care enjoy your day

Check out the old oxwall ratchets, they are a copy of the craftsman ratchet.
