    Thank you Helen! Another great recipe! My husband is Vietnamese and I like to cook Vietnamese food for him and my children. If they are craving for something I don't know how to cook yet, I know that I can find it here on your channel! They always love your recipes so thank you 😄❤✌

    Hey Helen! Love your recipes! But can you directly link us to your recipes in your description box instead of to the home page? It would definitely minimize the time to cook!

      You're totally right!!! I've always enjoy this recipes in my veggie days with tofu instead of pork, it is also very nice

      You can bake the tofu for a crispy texture without the FAT

    Helen why is it boiled & did you really pour all that pork stock down the drain?

    • @HelenRecipes
      @HelenRecipes  8 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Parboiling helps get rid of the residues in the bones. You only get the impurities in the first 5 mins boiling, not really pork stock

      On Helen's defense in Australia the leaves are referred to as coriander and the seeds as coriander seeds. cilantro is also used.
