Hello, my friend! I would like to know how many times a season can I apply Miracle Grow tomato feed? I applied it this season twice every 14 days. I applied it for the first time because two weeks after planting my seedlings (all, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, pumpkin) my plants were anemic and I did not see any progress. After the first application in just a few days, they had a growth explosion and almost all bloomed. I waited 14 days and applied it again, now my plants are beautiful, but it looks like the peppers need some more food, after they made the first tranche of fruit now it is stagnant, and only a few have started to bloom again. Tomatoes are large, and bear fruit, but have not yet begun to ripen. I would like to give them another portion of food but I am afraid not to put too much nitrogen in the soil, I say this because I had two tomato plants that I had to eliminate because they had a necrotic stem on the inside, not much but me I took them out so that the disease would not spread to the other plants. It is the first time I do gardening and when I use this product. I need an urgent answer! Thank you very much!
My Miracle sprayer is plugged and I just can't get it to work. I added 1 lb bag to it. I already added water to it and now I'm wondering if I can somehow just use some of the watery blue mix in my 2 gallon watering can. I have 16 oz of this blue water iin a jar, trying to keep it fresh. Thing is, I have no clue how much to add to my watering can.
Ty AlaskaGranny for showing me how to mix the granules in the chameleon sprayer! Everyone kept telling me to screw it back on and then let it fill, but as you know this sprayer doesn't work that way. Thanks again!
Use 1 tbl spoon miracle grow per oz of water in the container then set sprayer to 1oz per gallon done. However what happens is it doesnt dilute the crystals enough. So double the water and double the setting to 2 oz per gallon. I even double them both again to make it 8 tbl spoons miracle grow crystals fill water to 32 oz and set sprayer to 4 oz per gallon.
Karl, Will that then equate out to the 1 tbs per gallon of finished spray, once you figure for the initial dilution of mixing the 8 tbs with 32ozs of water?
I have the same chemical sprayer as you. Which settings did you use on the dial of the sprayer? I don't want to put the entire box in my chemical sprayer like you. Only enough to fert 25 potted plants.
For potted plants, I would mix the miracle gro in a watering jug or can. Pour it into your pot so you know how much is enough instead of spraying it all around. The sprayer is designed for wide and large spaces such as flower beds and lawns.
That would completely depend on where you live. If your ground is thawed, and grass is greening, leaves are budding, I would use it. That won't be until sometime in May where I live in Alaska.

What size is your feeder and how much mircle gro did you add to it before adding water? I have a 16oz liquid feed bottle that I'm trying to reuse.
Try filling the feeder half full so there is room for the water. Let me know how that works for you.

Are you talking about the sprayer made by miracle gro? I never noticed than mine was adjustable.

what'd you stir it with? can't figure out how to mix it in a 2-gallon watering can. The opening is so small

I usually fertilize my strawberries 2 times per growing season. Read the directions for Miracle Gro for the proper amount.

It must be. You shake it on, then water.
I think its more of a time release. You might want to experiment with it in a a container and see how long it takes to dissolve.
