Eastwood Flaring Tool, is it WORTH IT?

    I bought one of these and used it to do all the fuel lines brake lines and auto trans lines on my 32 highboy roadster without a single leak. I highly recommend it.

      And there you have it! I also have this exact flaring tool and I concur with Rod. Not cheap, but worth every penny,

    That's way easier than fumbling with the old style junk. It is spendy though. I also use nicopp lines but I wonder how well it would work with stainless. I don't waste my time with regular steel lines here in Minnesota.

      I’m not sure, it seems like it has good leverage, I would imagine with some lubricant it shouldn’t be too bad

    Doesn’t Eastwood recommend using a flaring lubricant. It’s to help in double flare & keeping the flaring size tool for wear control.

      Same here. I didn’t realize it until you said that but the brake like is pretty smooth actually
