i think you are doing good job providing potential newcomers with true realities of our country. the thing is that the gap between government score system and business needs got too wide and so many highly educated individuals can't find a decent job. The same is true for Canadians as we've got too many Phds and masters and not that many professionals with hands on experience.
You said it perfectly well I said the same thing why not do more CEC draw for those in Canada already. It’s so unfair for us international students who already studied and have been working here in Canada for over 2 years and still don’t have a chance for PR. We are waiting in the express entry pool with no hope of PR.
Like Mr kamal had said multiple times, student visa is not a promise for residency. We will have to stop feeling entitled which our agencies back home has given to us.
Yes I know PR not promising to no one. The point I am making is that Canada facing housing crisis so ignoring those in Canada and carrying people outside of Canada only adding more pressure inside Canada. Also when new immigrants come to Canada they will faces a lot of challenges finding jobs without Canadian experience, whereas these PGWP holders already have Canadian experience and Canadian education so they are more likely to transition successfully in Canada than those without any Canadian education or experience. When new immigrants come to Canada and can’t find jobs they get frustrated and give even more bad reviews about Canada which are bringing down Canada rating of being one of best country to live these are things the government need to look at. The express need some improvement its failing system.
IRCC is giving conflicting information. On one hand, they said there’s no more extensions for those who have their PGWPs expiring this year. On the other, they announced that they’re creating a new pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. So now, many people who have their PGWPs expiring this year before ITAs might be incentivised to go under the radar hoping for such an amnesty instead of leaving Canada as per the requirements of the work permit.

But they gave me a work confirmation letter stating that my employment type is Permanent and that after obtaining PR, I will still continue the job (still not mention 1 year) Can I use this letter to claim 50 points? However, my spouse is now considering applying for Express Entry. Will this decision affect our student visa application? She is currently employed part-time in NOC-82031, with over 960 hours worked (though this was not mentioned in the student visa application). However, considering her education and other experiences, she has over 5 years of experience in NOC-21310. Can we fulfill the three-year requirement using her NOC-21310 position and count the 960 hours (NOC-82031) towards agricultural occupations? Thank you in advance.
Believe me one way or another you can enter Canada and after a lot of struggle you can find PR as well. But then comes the real struggle of finding a job in your stream. It's a nightmare and frustrating. If you have a job and have a decent life there don't come here. I am an IT professional with 6 years of experience and for 1 year I have been searching for jobs. The interviews we get here are like 1:50 compared to India. I think I was only getting interviews like once in every 3 months. That's very few. Not like in India we just have work within Canada, in India we have projects from other countries as well. I am doing Uber now to survive. Once you come here it's not easy to go back to your home country as well as you have spent a lot of money. THIS IS NOT FOR DISCOURAGING PEOPLE JUST FOR SAVING. DON'T DESTROY YOUR CAREER FOR THIS.

@kubeir . Sir really like your videos and you keep saying numbers suggest they will resume general draws . How sir they need say 90000 -95000 invitations in one year . Currently they do 1200 approx of general biweekly. That’s an yearly of 28800 for the year , they say French of around 25000 this 53800. Now 3 -4 draws of 4500 for healthcare in entire year roughly 15000 counting on a low side. We are at 68000 already now 4 stem draws in entire year say 5000 to each that’s 88000 . The others agri transport etc can be around 7000-10000. Sir that brings to 95000 for the year . Every random numbers but think about this , so I don’t know how you they will conduct a general , I have watched your earlier videos and I hope you are right that they would resume general draws and hope I am wrong they don’t do what I have said .

You are calculating French separately. It's not. Even if French gets invited in a different draw they are counted and included in the overall target.
It is a modern slavery. To get youth of poor nation to use them.
