You know you have been playing MSFS 2020 way too much when you find yourself clicking the yellow ready to fly tab on a You Tube video :-0
“At least we’ll have visibility when we die.” Oh boy lol! That was definitely the scariest flight I’ve ever seen! Such an amazing aircraft though. I wish more planes would have THAT level of detail and features.
Loved the reviews on this channel then discovered the flights. The British accent is the best best best I’ve ever heard. 🤙🏽
3000fpm combat descent in a an unpressurised Cessna full of passengers - bring on the pain! Good thing msfs doesn't simulate people screaming as their sinuses implode 🤣.
Great video. Never stop doing the crazy stuff.
They paid for the cheap seats, they get the cheap approach :D
@@AvAngel Haha, proper budget airline mode, "You want a...... *checks notes* safe approach? *intake of breath* Well...... it'll cost ya...."
Wait..... we shouldn't give Ryanai........ um...... generic budget airlines ideas.
Love this insane, terrifying, break all the rules, video. I must admit, and maybe I should apologize for, being critical of your early videos for flying an aircraft, such as a jet fighter, that you nothing about, from a place it didn’t belong , but with that talent you seem to have for getting airplanes on the ground in one piece, surviving it all. So, with so much emphasis in MSFS on correct procedure, a video like this that says pick a crazy challenge and go for it highlights one of the many and great serious learning , enjoy the scenery, or just have fun, opportunities in MSFS. 5⭐️
Thanks Steve!
Honestly the point of my review videos isn't to show how to do x or y right, its to demo things for the viewer so they can see a more honest view of the cockpit, the exterior textures, the modeling, the general behavior of the addon and features without all the fancy advertising blurb... a first look. I will always admit I know jack crap about jets, but when it has a prop I'm ok...
Bush flying, (I class this as that) is my home though, and I don't know why, but I just have a feel for an airplane in the rougher environs... i just follow it's lead.
Wheeeeeeeeeew... Yeah those conditions. I'll be inside watching tv and eating snacks, thanks. We can fly tomorrow.
Yikes! It was dangerous! :D
Gotta try that route on my "Chancellor" when I have time.
Oh The Chancellor will do great, pressurised and turbocharged engines? It will love it!
@@AvAngel yeah it became my favourite airplane really fast. FIKI-certified and totally awesome. 💙💛
Haha, what are the odds!? You're an amazing Ukrainian. I watch all your videos. Glad to see you're enjoying your down time though!
Slava Ukraini!
@@EnigmaticEncounters420 hey! Thank you, buddy! AvAngel has a great channel that I’ve been subscribed to prior to the invasion, because you know, all aviation geeks gotta always stick together 🖖😉
Definitely the plane I would have chosen, or even the Seneca! I had no idea how underpowered the 310 was in comparison.
When you noticed that you didn't have any passengers and said they were there in spirit, I laughed because you killed them on the first take off so they were only spirits at that point.😜
Also, the mouse wheel zooming your view in and out- I disabled that and it makes spinning knobs a lot easier. Just a suggestion.
Great video as always.
You crazy lady ! But then Pablo isn't the most patient man *wink*.
The Taxi light switch thing starting at 13:00 was because the Taxi Light is mounted on the nose gear. When you raised your gear shortly after 9:50 the aircraft wanted to automatically extinguish the light but your external switch is probably turning it back on.
Wow, what a ride ... spicy! Surprised to see how good the scenery is out there. Thank you for the excitement :)
Great videos ! Thank you for all you do ! Please keep up the great work !
Thanks, will do!
That! Was quite a ride. Now you need to do the flight out of there. It looks like it is as equally challenging.
Had to watch again, thinking of a combat approach I really need a Herc again and do a khe sahn jobby.
I always enjoy your videos and have learned a lot from you. Thank you for what you do.
Definitely a tough mission for the 310! I'm glad the sim is finally giving proper punishment for flying in the wrong weather though. I remember when I first bought it, I went seeking out the worst weather I could find, but it was disappointingly easy to fly in it. Starting with SU9 (and even more so in the SU10 beta) it tosses you around real good.
‘That was the scariest thing I have ever done’ 😂
Interesting bug, lighting strike at 17:50 appeared to be inside the cockpit.... like, you could see the lightning bolt between pilot viewpoint and the instrument panel.....
ikr? :D that was nuts.
@@AvAngel I'm not even sure how you'd call the mayday for that one?? "Mayday, our aeroplane seems to..... um....... not interact with the things around it at all???"
That was great. When I'm feeling a little bored. I go fine the worst weather and hope I'm not murdered by it. lol
I´m holding on to my ipad. Feel like an anxious passenger i your plane. Wow!
Just to throw this out there, your tip tanks are actually your main tanks and the wing tanks are actually the aux. There's also a peculiarity with the aux tanks (iirc) that your engine only uses some majority fraction of them and some other fraction is then injected into the tip tanks. (Which is also why they say you should be flying for about 90 minutes first before switching tanks so you don't inadvertently purge fuel if your tip tanks are too full.)
The 310 has some notable quirks to it...
I've had my own share of death in the Andes.
Tailwinds just means you'll slam into a mountain faster! LOL!!! Ok, maybe that's just me.
LOL, That was fun, and I thought I was the only one to catch hell in that plane
Cool video as always , pretty tough conditions 😉
13:49 Gray switches on your left side under the window is shakeing, maybe thats the sound is comeing from?
I got it part way in, taxi light was cross bound.
Another Awesome video and what weather settings did you use this looks very challanging indeed
The wind is that strong your props are slowly turning !!! , never seen that before .
Airbus pilots: "We can't land there it's down to 100-foot minimums, and the airfield is surrounded by terrain."
Avangel in a lights aircaft: "Hold my beer"
YES.
Nice flight! Please try the A2A Comanche when it comes out for MSFS. Should be a month or two. A2A aircraft have extremely realistic flying characteristics.
The SECOND that comes out I'm buying it!
I always thought I was the most abnormal living room pilot here, apparently not, there are even crazier ones 🤣🤣😂😂😎😎
Lightning looks nicer now, I just wish it didn’t appear over the cockpit. I haven’t seen any since they worked on lightning appearing in clear skies. Chagaul is one of my favourite approaches.
I did it,I launched in the same direction that you landed, after 39 minutes arrived at urpay (8000 ft),getting down from 17500 ft was a bit of an ask but I didit ok.................................................
Wow, edge of seat video! Couldn't really hear it, but maybe the clicking was the AP continually adjusting trim? And I think the beep you heard early on was the AP telling you it was within 1000ft of your set ALT.
Cross mapped taxi light switch trying to be on and off at the same time! Found it part way in .
This is hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂
Have you had the autopilot just completely crap out? FIrst flight I did was fine and worked as expected, but on the second the plane just wanted to keep nose corkscrewing down to the left or whatever, even with Alt Hold and Heading mode selected. Even VS mode didn't want to work, no matter the plane just kept pitching up or down 10 degrees with one press of the button. I had to cycle the AP on and off to change modes constantly to get it to work, was very annoying. And it also wouldn't load procedures.
Not had any issues so far, but this is the first time I've used the AP!
Guess it's a good thing the 310R tends to have magnets in the wheels and the runway is metal. :)
Hi if I could put a love on this video I would had me in hysterics. Love your commentary. Mav
Thank you so much 🤗
I created heading set buttons on my Streamdeck so I don’t have to fight with click spots. Let’s me keep my eyes forward.
I’ve got a bad feeling about this 😂
Picante is Spanish for spicy...
That is NOT flying weather young Lady! Tropical storms ⛈ & zero-viz ain't nothin' to f#$k with! 😂
But why didn't you consider climbing up and out of that murk? I would've focused only on that but if the ceiling was too high then I would engage autopilot at a safe altitude and press towards any helpful compass point.
I was trying to climb out of it :D The winds were turning me many different ways.
That plane does not have a great climb rate. I know from experience
Hear the engines surging? It was… problematic!
really nice video. many thank Where Can I get the litle Einstein?
just under the glareshield in the middle :D
@@AvAngel many thank.
game looks so good but that lightning is just awful, so unrealistic in so many ways lol, really enjoying your going for a “cruise” flights though! 👍
It’s more vertical now than it used to be. It would be almost exclusively horizontal, and would leap out of storms 30+ miles away right in to clear skies. I haven’t seen any lighting myself since they made this change. It’s a step in the right direction, but clearly needs more work.
lol..so funny. So your C310, seems to be a good plane. autopilot works a..everything else is ok?
I think if you threw out some of the passengers then you could climb higher.
Its certainly a cracker :D I love this thing. Milviz did a good one.
I've done little else in the sim this week than ridge soar in the gotfriends Discus 2 C FES Premium,I think I'll do your destination airport for a RIDGE SOAR...................................................................
Good thing about sims is that you get a do-over.
Quite so
Don’t think the mixture was set properly at altitude.
2:32 Ryan Gosling?
Is mad ! But good 🤣
Classic graveyard spiral into ifr weather.
100%... the winds added to the disorientation, had surging engines, being blown around and rolled... no chance.
Umm if i where you i would of get above the clouds ASAP instead of worryin about my direction
In that situation, 'above' was... debatable.
Just one question, what is an annoying poop weasel? And are there non-annoying poop weasels? 😂
Haha, that voice...
you need learn IFR approach , read chart
I need to learn ifr full stop, I don’t know it at all
I can just about hear the typing keys from@Lone_GamerUK….😙
