From a non African perspective, having visited and spent time in South Africa, I see South Africa as far better than Nigeria in many aspects. South Africa has its issues (like all other countries with corruption, crime, etc) especially around energy and some other service delivery issues, but I feel it is overplayed in the media for both sides (Nigeria and South Africa)
I think at least from a tourism perspective South Africa rates a 10 instead of the 8 you measured. For me, South Africa feels less "African" and more western, especially Cape Town at least.
I am not sure about the metrics you used either, also I think you might have some bias towards Nigeria.
    Just my 2 cents worth.

Same thing when it comes to shows and movies, the quality of our shows on Netflix and movies is on par with Hollywood, look at the likes of Blood & Water,Miseducation,Young, famous & African,Nigeria can't compete with the quality of acting and production of these shows.

Crap. Nigerian movies dominate in Europe, America; not to mention the Caribbean. I see more Nigerian movies on Netflix than SA. In Europe, Afrobeats is selling out stadiums; not Amapiano. In the Caribbean, Afrobeats are killing it; not Amapiano. Afrobeats videos are even better than those in the US. Now, with all that being said, I am a die-hard Amapiano fan, but I call a spade a spade.

Bro you saying Nigeria is Safer than SA, My king, you then compare SA entertainment and call Nollywood quality??? more like quantity for sure, we have DSTV that everyone in Africa has, just compare the quality of entertainment on there with Nollywood, we have won Oscars and Ammy's for peace sake... Amapiano has taken over the afro beat space and all the Davidos you mention are all doing amapiano... these are afro beat artists.
Lastly my king, the security part was hillarious, brother you want to compare boko haram, kidnappings, bombing, oil pirates etc... the list is endless to getting robbed in SA, WTF... you ever been to europe or the USA, i mean you talk about jozi as if its iraq... California, washington DC, new york, hamburg, london all great cities except dont explore the wrong areas or do it at your own risk... But to say Nigeria is safer than SA... brother SA would not have over 20 million foreigners in the the country, including north africans from arabs countries.
But anyway, it was a nice video...

Cities of South Africa are more organized than Nigeria. Cities of South Africa are cleaner than cities of Nigeria. Cities of South Africa have better infrastructure than Nigeria. Nigerians are flocking to South Africa mostly as merchants, while South African are few in Nigeria mostly as tourist or contractors and developers. Educational institutions in South Africa is much better than Nigeria as well as their health care system. Cities in South Africa have more skyscrapers while Nigeria has only one. However, if I compare Nigeria to my country I must admit that Nigeria is mile and miles richer, progressive and modern than my country. How I wish cities of my country will be beautiful, modern and progressive like Lagos and Abuja.

Their attitude comes from the fact that we always have Nigerians saying negative things about South Africa on youtube. South Africans are always responding and defending South Africa to Nigerians. I guess they are now fed up and pieced off!!😢😢😢 South Africans don't have this attitude to other Africans!
Because the Nigerians call themselves the Giant of Africa, they tend to irritate other African countries as well. Furthermore, South Africans have a problem with a number of Nigerians involved in drugs in South Africa. So, unfortunately a number of Nigerians have made a bad name for Nigeria, not just in South Africa, but around the world.😢😢

Ouch! 9ja and SA are like siblings. They’d never get tired of each other.

@@SlybabaAnerunope we are not, that relationship is one sided and that's the nigerian side. We south africans dont have siblings who commit crimes and masquerade as " sibling"......so that sibling mentality comes from you people not us south africans

We just miss giggling and laughing my broda, the world is deep into wars we are all depressed, why can't you create some amusing jokes and make us laugh? SAns hate this comparison of our countries and it creates an unnecessary tension amongst ourselves as Africans. The world is stressed just create some jokes so we can all laugh.

On the Men comparison you're wrong. When a men uses money to impress or keep a women that's buying companionship or love not true love. That money in relationships came with Nigerians in SA.
