I have always edited my film scans in Photoshop instead of lightroom, so I haven't made a video on that. My guess would be that the different BW Profiles in Lightroom would not have a big effect on a Black & White film scan, since a lot of what the BW Profiles do is control how a color image is translated into grayscale. The B&W film scan would already be grayscale. The use of the Clarity, Dehaze, Curves, Highlight, and Shadow sliders on a BW film scan would work the same as in this video, though.
