I don't know why they require a 21mm or 13/16ths wrench. Such a dumb size. They should have gone with 7/8 or 22mm. I wound up using an adjustable wrench and it worked. Otherwise a pretty good tool.
You’ve misspoken. You don’t rent tools from O’Reilly, you borrow them. You give them a deposit and when you return it, you get your entire deposit back. That’s not renting. If you don’t return it within the specified date, they keep your deposit, so now you’ve bought it.
