I definitely get your frustration, but at the same time I think these guys need to be VERY careful and make sure their case is ironclad before moving forward. They cannot afford to have any holes poked, they need to make sure they are solid and that it sticks. It would be infuriating to have them rush something just to see someone wiggle through the cracks on a technicality.

I like this new dynamic where after Brian asks Glenn about the legal aspects, Glenn asks Brian about the political aspects. It's a more nuanced look at the multiple sides of these topics.

Jordan, McCarthy, Gaetz, Hawley, Gosar, Gohmert all violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, so their presence in this Congress is illegitimate because they were not approved by a 75% majority as prescribed by this Amendment.
