Just issuing an arrest warrant for him will cause a lot of problems for him. He cannot travel to any state or through any state that would take him into custody because it.
Could Jordan's illegal actions be referred to the FBI or straight to the DOJ? Don't see why not. And, could Bragg not go to Federal Court to file an injunction against Jordan and his whole committee?
Violations of NY law aren't FBI. Bragg can take it before the grand jury and get an indictment. We won't know until they pick Jordan up.
