Charging up the clicker with Gibbs 11 week old Vizsla

We have had to wait until now to start some formal training with Gibbs. We have missed out on four weeks of him becoming the thinking dog with individual training. But he has been working on his mental skills with puzzles and such waiting for me to have more time to start doing some training. It was very clear starting our training sessions that the clicker was not fully charged up yet, and he was not at all offering me behavior that would lead to getting a click which would lead to a treat. These are the steps I’m taking to charge up the clicker for him.
