Ian Klemm is an engineer at vortex optics. Also a multi time national champion in f/tr . He did a podcast with them about fclass, super informative but it was like 3-4 years ago. He also helped design the golden eagle rifle scope which is purpose built for fclass.

Watch what I eat during an F-class match as well. Black coffee for breakfast, boiled eggs, meat, and cheese for lunch during the match. Plenty of water. Keeps my vision and focus spot on
