I always admired Clifford Goldstein’s ongoing contribution as chief editor of our SS quarterlies. Wonderful commentaries of great thought and insights. I’ve finally met him “in person” right now. He is much the man I imagined him to be: skeptical, independent, smart- and ultimately a dedicated writer and editor of the Word. Fancy, he likes the complicated Sylvia Plath- renowned poet! So he’s a poetry lover too! I feel like I’ve finally met Clifford Goldstein!
Never before have I listened to a sermon/testimony where an alarm went off when the speaker was supposed to be done. Wow.... Appreciated the testimony.
Hi Cliff,so nice to see and hear you after all these years.Bill and I live in Ala.we do go to Chattanooga for Maranatha gatherings from time to time when we can.Take Care and keep Sharing That Passion And Love For Jesus.Take Care
Could Pastor Goldstein urge the General Conference to give more time to the study of the lesson. In times like these we need the collective study of the Word. I recommend we have the full Sabbath morning to study. Amen
Christ died for our past sins as well as our present sins. However, we must ask forgiveness, and through the indwelling of the H.S. walk away from those sins. Jesus didn't die so I can keep on sinning. Someone who likes certain sins and never submits to God will never go to heaven Why, you might ask because in the end, God gives us what we desire, and we would never be happy in heaven.
