Ingredients
1 Lemon
160ml of Water
500ml Milk
Cornstarch 4 tbsp
Sugar 5 tbsp
Coconut (optional)

Zest of lemon.
500 ml milk.
3 heaped tablespoons cornstarch.
3 heaped tablespoons sugar.
3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Stir and heat until thickened, pour into dessert glasses.
Cool.
TOP.
160 ml water.
Rest of lemon juice.
2 to 3 heaped tablespoons sugar.
1 heaped tablespoon cornstarch.
Add small amount of colour.
Stir and heat until thickened.
Pour over top of other mixture

Food colour no sure how much lemon juice no show the quantity
