As a Packer fan, I love Mike McCarthy and hope he has a successful career in Dallas. I did think it was time for the Pack to move on, but felt McCarthy was not treated properly or given credit for his good work all those years. He's a good coach.

As a Packer fan, I still think Mike is a great coach and believe Cowboy fans have a lot to be happy about here. Mike had to make due with mostly rookies and first contract guys because his GM hated paying free agents. He won a lot of big games including the Super Bowl with either the youngest team or one of the youngest teams in the league during his time there. The guy can coach. He’s tough, smart, and an all around good guy. He’ll make your team better. Happy for Mike. Congratulations Cowboys fans.That said, Go Pack!

Why do Cowboy fans seem to forget there were still 4 minutes left in that game though? Say it was ruled a catch, Aaron Rodgers and the way they were moving the ball in the 2nd half still get the ball back with plenty of time. I'm not saying Packers still win but my point is it wasn't a game winner and "on to the next opponent" type of play. The score was 26-21, so if Cowboys DO get a touchdown on that drive, it's still only 27-26, and 29-26 if they go for 2 AND convert. Either way, Pack only need a field goal to win or tie with tons of time remaining. I guess I just never got why it seemed a foregone conclusion by Cowboy fans that they win that game if the Dez play is ruled a catch with so much time left to play out.
