After careful thought and looking at various sources of information, I think EVs should no longer be made available until all of the problems that are cited in Highway Herald and other places have been successfully resolved. Right now, it appears to be a technology that still requires a lot more study, research and attention before it is suitable for public consumption.
@@carbone913 As I have stated elsewhere, EV technology is not really ready yet. EVs have been ambitiously promoted way too prematurely. Eventually they will probably reach a state of perfection where they are ready for public consumption, but right now, they are not. Too expensive both to purchase and especially to repair, and still potentially too dangerous; hi temp fires, battery problems, uncertain and sometimes unavailable charging options; so i'd say most definitely, back to the drawing board and do not promote them until these problems are corrected.
