Amazing work! Hey Ken! 3D quadcopter pilot here, i came across your revere sync betaflight fork a year ago, but I never quite got it running on my quads, whenever I did agressive rolls, the quad also spun a 1/2 jaw turn, but it would handle “normally” when cruising
Specktrum DSMX satellites can be connected to any serial RX pin along with the 3.3V power and ground. If you do not already have the flight controller, you may want to look at the MATEK G474-HELI.
Hey Ken, Im down to test your BF fork. Also wanted to ask if there was any difference in the PID loop? or what do you think would make a nicer reversal (coding wise, clearing the memory a certain way or the indexing.. Im a pretty green programmer but anything helps) Last, do you use break on stop? All of this referring quadcopters 😅
@@luci3D I do not believe the 8-bit BlueJay esc will work. You must use Blheli32 for this to work properly. If you have Blheli32, I can compile the 4.5 version with the 3d Motor Synchronization code or I can provide a text file with the code updates if you would like to compile it yourself. If you are currently running BetaFlight 4.5 from CLI you can save your setting with dump all. You can then flash this software with clear all and then restore your configuration from the cli.
Hi, there is any special config to get the Horizon mode inverted fly , or is by default like that?. I am seting up rotorflight on a G474-heli board with a trex450 pro, i just get the Horizon mode trimed today , but was to 🥶 try inverted on Horizon mode , there is no info on site the he do dis , i am happy, this is woht i need to train inverted and try not crash the heli 🤭
This is now a standard feature in version 2. Make sure you are running the released RotorfFight 2.0 software and in the modes tab you are enabling horizon mode via one of your switches. Please provide an update after giving this a try.

@@luci3D Make sure you have BLHELI32 Bidirectional DSHOT Enabled for your 3d quads. Also make sure your BLHELI32 ESCs are running the latest version.
@@kenimhof9333 yeah, im running BLS esc with dshot , maybe theres my problem, ive been doing testing with bluejay, thats why im invested there
@@luci3D I tried bluejay a long time ago with no success. Since then I have standardized on BLHELI32.
