    Incredible sound. We recently bought a banjolele and just love the sound... Especially when it's played properly!

    Thank you for this; I love this so much. Hearing that stylistic break is such an inspiration to me to learn bluegrass and clawhammer. You really bring out the soul of the instrument.

    Love this style of the song! Can you tell me where to find the way you play it?

      Thanks, I don't have any tab at the moment for the 3 finger style part, but the clawhammer part was taught in issue 2 of uke mag. The magazine has now sold out but you can download the tab here...

    Hey I'm on the fence about the firefly. How are those upgraded tuners? Are they worth it?

    • @PhilDoleman
      @PhilDoleman  ปีที่แล้ว

      I like the Pegheds, but they do take a little getting used to (with the push/pull tensioning). I'm not sure how much extra they are, but I suspect that given the relatively low string tension, the friction pegs would be just fine.

      @@PhilDoleman Gotcha. Just tried out one of their banjoleles with the friction pegs and it seemed fine. what is the action like on the 5 string banjo? I'm really interested in one, I love the nylon sound and overall design of these. Thanks!

      @@charliegrant1205 The action is spot on, plus it has a high enough bridge that you could easily adjust it. It plays really nicely!
