- Here's what I spend in a week as a 22-year-old American working remotely and living in Tunisia! These prices mostly include costs for 2 people, since my husband and I share expenses.
Let me know if you want a bigger breakdown of what we spend in a month including our rent, utilities, and savings while we live in Tunisia.

Hey! I’m gonna be visiting Tunis soon and wanted to know some places that I should definitely go to while there. And I also wanted to know what traditional or local foods to avoid. I’ve heard about Harissa being out on everything but I couldn’t figure out how spicy it’s actually supposed to be. I’ve been told to avoid that by people I know who live there.
I love your videos! They’re so helpful for me before my trip!
I have a guide on my Instagram with my must-see places!! Harrisa is usually just on street food sandwiches, but you can easily ask to have it without it (that's what I do)!
I would love to see more videos! ❤😍

Hi, is it safe to live in Tunisia? If compare to Egypt, where is it more safe? Thank you!
I've had a great experience and I've heard it's much safer than Egypt and Morocco.

Hi i am also planning to move to Tunisia but heard that not most of the people speaks english there? and its hard to find job if you speak english?
Hey! Most people don’t speak English, but there are jobs like call centers that require fluent English speakers.
Hey, I worked remotely from Tunis last year. I'd love to do it again but the Internet situation wasn't great. What internet provider do you use and how much does it cost you on average? Also is there any unlimited data plan?
Hey! We use Tunisie Telecome and it’s around $17/month, but we don’t love it. They’re starting to lay Fiber Optics so that will make a huge difference!! That would be much more expensive, probably $60/month, but could be worth it.
@@thechrissyhazel thank you so much for your response! I will definitely look into them next time I decide to work remotely. Do you know if there are any shared workspaces kind of like wework?
@@ACommunistLoveStory There are lots of coworking spaces in Tunis! I have some friends who have tried What Space in Menzah 1 and like it, and I know there are some in La Marsa area as well that people like.
