Dot classes that attack from range are the bane of existence for pvp. If you want a dot class ranged class they should not be super tanky or take reduced physical damage through armor or shadow form sorry your wearing cloth and have almost infinite range you shouldn’t be as tanky as melee classes.

Abolutely, Why play a warrior otherwise when you can do more DPS or provide more utility as any other class? or tank better as any other class? Why have anything other than one warrior for the Valor of Azeroth buff.... oh wait...
That's how you know you've absolutely fucking failed a class as a developer. Bruuuuuh.
Also, name a new ability to your rotation besides shockwave, raging blow or devistate... I'm waiting. I can name a dozen new abilities for every other class though.
@@user-vsmsdos whats wrong with warrior brains that they think they never had any utility? sunder armor, ap shout, hp shout, demo shout, interrupt, thunderclap... all UTILITY/SUPPORT abillities they always had and more than most other classes have.
@@Tiemooo59 Imp expose armor, Tclap is never used in any rotation except a tank so why even take a sup par tank to get it, demo shout isn't that great, all other classes get interrupts. NO real reason to take a warrior as a raid leader except for Valor....
Perhaps classes needed nerfs because the power spikes were getting out of hand.

I don't get why SoD developers hate warriors so much; they've literally done fucking nothing to the class the entirety of SoD it's fucking pathetic... they don't realize warriors should be able to out dps and tank things that can use magic, literally vanish before your eyes or heal themselves... yep! Let's make them all better options in every single capacity than a warrior. That's gonna be grand for the game!!!

Hybrid clases should never be top dpsrs or have high dmg for pvp, they have already a lot of sustain and utility

We're not. We get it, we were a bit too strong p4 but damn - the original t2 set bonuses for enhance were already pretty bad for PvE. We've been ruined now. I'm seeing people talking about just using 6p t1 again next phase just so it can at least be consistent.
woah woah woah shamans have had it good since phase 1 please try not to act like you're class is ruined after one change when the reality is the other classes weathered worse
@@crowmaster9652 why does phase 1 / 2 or whatever leveling phase matter. we're playing max level with all abilities, you could never balance stuff without a full class lol. meanwhile shockadins are gonna be casting true dmg nukes, how do we build resistance for holy, everyone is running around in FIRE resistance gear now and next phase. our main dmg source as shamans xd
I don’t understand why people aren’t liking the change to the enhancement T2 set bonus tbh this seems like a buff overall. The old T2 set bonus was basically a dead set bonus for 2h since you have 100% proc chance on maelstrom weapon w/ a 2h. It would be a slight buff to dw but two weapons w/ wf on I’m getting stacks so fast as is especially w/ world buffs. Now lightining shield having a 24% for 2h and 12% for dw chance to trigger and consume a charge means they’ll be going off more frequently and I’ve gotten mine to hit for around 700 right now in MC gear without the ability to crit. And then the 6pc letting it crit and you rebuild stacks just by doing your rotation so you won’t have to waste a gcd rebuffing lightning shield in a fight sounds great. The maelstrom gen woulda been too high with old set bonuses. I’ve used a 5 stack maelstrom on lightining bolt and before the gcd is back up I’ve gotten 5 stacks again. So more maelstrom is great but not if you can’t spend it fast enough

I think these " x % less dmg" in certain environments like battlegrounds is just bad game design in general
I agree, if anything they should nerf damage AND HEALING to achieve what they want

Everything is ass for warrior in sod. They have been fucking us hard since phase 3. Virtually every class has one shot abilities pvp has been rough.

Spriest getting 10% dmg buff to mb and swd and ms...and 10% less on dots...not really a nerf to hell on dmg? And if you want to pvp get pvp set.
Man, I might just have to go prot on my warrior. Was really excited to finally be able to make my thunderfury and run the coreforged t2 aa fury, but now neither set bonus looks remotely appealing. The draconic t2 felt really good on the ptr before they changed the 4 set, and now it's just mid.
well honestly when blizzard sees that the top dps classes is above 6k dps, then they se other dps classes at below 3k...they dont think to themselfs "hmm 50% difference is to much?" nah its totaly fine with elemental shamans barely reaching 3kdps while rogues is above 6k, its totaly normal
I love sod, played wayyy too much all 4 phases, no plans to quit.
The balance has been absolute dogshit the entire time.
Not just for pure DPS, like utility doesn't even seem to enter the conversation.
For example DPS mage (basically 0 raid utility) - near bottom DPS p1, near top DPS p2, near bottom DPS p3, near top DPS p4.
Enh shaman - very high raid utility (totems, shaman rage) - near bottom p1, near top P2 p3, mid-low p4.
Been a wild ride for most classes. Except hunter with high utility (aspect of lion) been top 3-4 DPS every phase
just nerf ret paladins to the ground , whoever plays paladin in classic should not attempt to be top dps , they're having way too many defense fuck arounds to deal that much damage
Imagine 40% less dmg with spells to players who have spell reduction talents already...this is shit... you're a spriest waiting 5minutes to kill a paladin whos smashing you constantly....Rip

dmg definetlu needed nerf in pvp that has been an echoed thing since p1 ish but you are right healing should also be diminished to a degree kind of an oversight
Fire warlock gets a huge buff, its okay without direct bonuses ( anyway is boring as ****).
Affliction warlock didnt get the 10% increase by pact (ATM in ptr server is only fire buff). And in case of get it dont have eternal affliction is a huge loss anyway.
The rune movement between mark of chaos and decimation change nothing in PvE but is huge nerf for PvP dont have mark of chaos.
And off course meta warlock is dead in every scenario next phase.
As a Prot warrior, these changes appease me lol

shadow priest could dot u up. 3 globals and ur just dead within 20 seconds if u have no heal.
The decreased damage in PvP is going to be awful for the exact reason he mentioned. Hour long BG's incoming
The 10% heroic strike dmg applies to quick strike too no? Not too bad for arms considering the quick strike buffs aswell

Arms will always be garbage in pve its pvp spec only
instead of buffing warrior they nerf the t1 set because it was simming higher then t2 wtf, also some t2 items are so bad compared to t1 why?? gearing for p5 warri is fucked

No point complaining if you are going to continue to play no matter what they do to the game, no matter how unbalanced, or unfun it is. I see mostly negative comments when it comes to sod but the playerbase continues to open their mouths up so Blizz can take a hot steaming dump right down their gullet.
they just F+++ up SOD there is no way blizzard trolls like this, runes that doesent works.... what are we talking about? and bro things like " affly locks are getting 10%damage buff" is the same as now we already play with 2 locks in raid for mark of chaos all good raid plays it did u played mc without mark of chaos?

10% HS dmg is a pretty decent buff to the set imo way more of your dmg than WW
They should just reduce the dmg on raid gear...if thats too strong in pvp... because pvp gear isn't op

Bah screw sod...holy pallies just one button holy shock range ...why give all players big dps on upgraded gear then nerf all the dmg they do in pvp...when you didn't need to? Just lower boss hp in raids if you want them killing bosses faster...ffs this makes no sense...
